My Experience
Jan 2022 – Aug 2025
Senior Designer at TATA Elxsi
I led and contributed to user‑focused spatial and service design across multiple projects, developing and presenting concepts aligned with client goals. I created journey maps, service blueprints, and integrated service systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive outcomes. I supported the full process from early concept to final delivery.
July 2022 – Jan 202
Space Planner at Fidelitus Corp
I developed spatial layouts based on client requirements and functional needs, carried out material research, and supported selection to match design intent and feasibility. I coordinated with clients to understand project briefs and translate them into clear design solutions. I also managed multiple tasks and timelines across ongoing projects to keep work moving efficiently.
May 2021 – Sept 2021
Architectural Intern at Ubermensch Design Studio
I conducted research, gathered information from multiple sources, and presented findings to support conceptual design and diagram development. I used AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other tools to draft plans and create 3D models. I also explored new design approaches and discussed strategies with the project team.
July 2019 – Aug 2019
Stage Designer at TEDxBellandur
I constructed the stage design for the TEDxBellandur event according to their specifications and worked with a team of six to set up all props and manage their movement during performances. I also coordinated with stage technicians to ensure all slides were correctly displayed, fully operational, and well‑calibrated.
About Me
Hello! I'm Isha, a spatial and service designer currently based in Glasgow, completing my MArch in Creative Urban Practice at the Glasgow School of Art.
I work across spatial design, architecture, service design, and urban experience , from designing buildings and interiors to rethinking how people move through airports, cities, and everything in between. Four of my projects have been built and are in use right now, across India.
I'm drawn to the spaces most people don't notice, the corridor, the waiting zone, the street corner in the rain, because I believe those are the moments where design matters most. I research through walking, draw before I think, and care deeply about how a space makes someone feel, not just how it looks.
